Jack O'Neill is the Land Director at COSIA, the innovation arm of Pathways Alliance, where his group seeks out environmental performance improvement opportunities for Canada's oil sands. With 25 years of experience in land management and GIS, Jack led GIS teams at consulting and forestry organizations before joining COSIA.
